I'm so glad I chose you for his care, the girls were so sweet and very patient with him.It is so important to love your Dr and staff, whether human or animal no difference to be totally comfortable and trusting with your pets Dr is very important to me and Silly Gilly and we are blessed to have both with his Dr and staff. I just brought my dog in for his first visit/annual @ BBVA. All of the staff were kind & helpful. I left with a good amount of information (printed handouts) about dental chews, teeth brushing/paste, etc. & before I got home, Dr. Fahy had already sent me a msg regarding specific supplements that would be best for my dog with his current diet/medical condition. I didn’t feel anything was forced or “had” to be done as most vets do - I have a generally healthy dog with no concerns, so that was relieving. Dr. Fahy was patient to figure out how my dog would be most comfortable for his exam & vaccinations. We were seen promptly. I’m extremely pleased and would recommend!

We had a great experience at Buzzards Bay Vet Associates. My dog & I loved Dr Boulay. The care team was very kind & patient with my dog, as she is an anxious pup. I didn’t feel upsold on anything, and appreciated their transparency and pricing was very reasonable. We’re excited we’ve found our vet!

To start with: I had not let Simon do his morning outside business to have fresh samples, in case they were needed. Well, my old boy (14) decided he couldn’t wait anymore and did both on the tile floor at the reception desk. I apologized profusely. They said no worries, got samples and cleaned up the mess immediately. 😝 Then we saw Dr Fleming. Dr Fleming and her tech assistant were excellent with Simon and us. My corgi-terrier had hurt himself jumping off our couch. Dr Fleming took X-rays. Showed them to us. Explained that thankfully Simon had only a soft tissue inflammation on his foot. No cracks or broken bones. Phew! Dr Fleming was through. She recommended we test Simon’s kidney and liver function to be sure they would be able to handle the medication she wanted to prescribe. Dr. Dana and staff are the best! Hands down the friendliest most comforting staff around! They are always super welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Dana has gone above and beyond for us during difficult times with our dogs. Cant thank the entire staff enough!
