Brought Scout in today for a self serve bath today. Place was great, they had everything we needed to wash, dry and brush. They had teeth cleaning products as well as ear cleaning products included. They have de-shed shampoo and conditioner as well as regular shampoo and conditioner. Staff was extremely friendly and helped walk me through the process. Scout and I will be back for his next bath!

Customer service and attention to detail cannot be matched! From the front desk staff, to the groomers, to the amazing products they retail, its no wonder they've won best on Cape so many times! Very grateful to have this resource! Highly recommend!

The shop was clean. The service and equipment were excellent. Dogs are clean. Love the tub that you can secure your dog more easily with. Thought of everything. Will be our off season dog wash from now on.

The absolute best! Not only does my Rough Collie leave looking and feeling her best but she enjoys going there and socializing with the other dogs! She is not crated (if she gets along with other dogs) which of course she does! She has been going there since she was a puppy and is almost 7 now. I highly recommend this groomer! My fur baby deserves the best and they are by far the best!

The best groomer EVER! We feel so lucky to have had Pampered Paws as our dog's groomer while living in Buzzards Bay. It can be so tough to find a quality groomer, but they are amazing! My dog Libby was *excited* when we pulled up, and you could tell she was so well taken care of while she was there. She also came home looking absolutely perfect every single time. We just moved out of state and we will miss them terribly!
