Cinnamon's vet experience was great. She didn't even flinch when she received her vaccinations. Information was easy to understand and staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Wouldn’t vaccinate my 11 week old kitten because of his breed (bengal) I had a appointment stating the breed during sign up why wouldn’t I be notified or told this online I had to drive 30 plus minutes and re book somewhere else when this was my only day off because bengals are a flight risk. Meanwhile the dog ahead of me was going nuts banging on the glass barking acting very wild this is my kitten in photo how is this calm tiny kitten unable to be vaccinated?? Pets should be take on a case basis not breed regulations at the very least call the person and let them know ahead of time.

My recent experience at 5263 Campbell Blvd, Nottingham, MD 21236, was deeply unsatisfactory. My initial visit, which occurred at a VETCO bus, was vastly different from the location I had previously visited. During our visit to the bus location near me, my cat was three months old. The staff there handled him with utmost care and professionalism. The male staff member held him down securely without any issues, while the female staff member administered the shots and performed blood work efficiently and promptly. My cat behaved well throughout the process, and we even received compliments from the staff for his calm demeanor. In contrast, the location I had previously visited was utterly unprofessional. The African American Veterinarian was excellent. Gentle, kind, patient and knowledgeable. She was great. Hope to see her again.

The vet was fine, however, I had to wait for the person to check me because she was consulting the person in front of me for treatment of her cat. I stepped away for a moment because my dog was being restless and pulling on the leash and when I came back two minutes later when she was finally free, she said I was late for my appointment by like 3 minutes. I told her I was there on time for my appointment but you were talking to the lady in front of me about her cat and she acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. Like is she gaslighting me for being a few minutes late or she just didn't see me standing there.
