Tom’s Tropicals

I was looking for another pet, but I will not be allergic to and easy to care for, and I selected the hermit crabs. They help me get everything to put the kit together all I got four of them because they like company the colorful kind. I love my aquarium and is habitat. Best choice yet. I just love it. also, I was given a sheet to tell me what they need and how to care for them. I’m so very happy.

I think they are great!! From the smell of the store to seeing the owners each time i go,i love the store and down home feel. I have been going there since i was a kid.im so happy they are still there. I know am able to relive my experiences as now i bring my kids there!

If you have not been to this store, you must go! It is a smaller store, but they have a wide variety of fish and some other animals. They have an area filled with taxidermy animals. The employees are knowledgeable and more than willing to answer or help you in anyway.

Tom's is great. I mostly go for snake supplies such as mice, rats, bedding, and heat lamps. The staff are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and it's always good to support a small, local business.

Surely feeder insects from New sources can be troublesome. But the few crickets I purchased here killed my praying mantis in 2 days via bacterial infection. My gal had thrived for over a year when I got lazy and stopped in for a quick fix instead of ordering from my normal suppliers. I know ppl have had good experiences at Tom's. But I think its a rather dirty place.
