Vetco Vaccination Clinic

It was a wonderful experience. Quick service, everything was explained to us. Doctor was very gentle with our cat. They answered our questions. Friendly staff, I highly recommend them to everyone, you will not regret it. Thank you, keep up the great job. Coquito is in good hands.

The majority of the staff here are professional and do everything right; they are clearly working to weed out the few employees that cause "sour" reviews. It isn’t a Vetco/Petco issue—it often comes down to the individual. ​I recently witnessed an assistant who showed very little engagement with the client or the pet. They clearly weren't comfortable, which resulted in a kitten easily slipping out of its restraint. The assistant seemed fearful, and I actually had to encourage them to engage with the kitten to keep things safe. ​When writing reviews, please be specific and clear rather than judgmental. Don't "false label" the whole business as if everything was wrong. I love Petco, the staff, and the Vetco Clinic. Give them a go! Never let one person's mistake stop you from getting your pet

We just got a kitten that didn't have any vaccinations done yet. We brought her here for her first visit and even though she was a little scared, they handled her perfectly and with care! The check-in process was very easy and the techs who administered her vaccines were wonderful. We'll be returning in a few weeks to do her next round as well.

This place is horrible I've reached out several times to try and get our dog a new prescription as his has run out. Nobody has answers to simple questions and nor do they care. I was talking to the Vet who put me on hold for 25 minutes, then had someone else answer the phone. The guy then proceeds to tell me to "call back because they are very busy". Yeah I won't be giving this place not even a penny more of my hard earned money. They are next level, rude and beyond unprofessional.
