Petco

(January 10th) Seen a couple snakes with mites, proceeded to tell an employee that the ones soaking in bowls have mites. She then proceeded to be handed a can of provent a mite by some guy, go over and treat the tanks with Provent a mite and then put some snakes back in the tanks after 30 minutes, should’ve been aired out for longer than 2 hours I have snakes of my own so i’m aware of the dangers of that product hoping they are trained properly to use that product. I tried contacted HR but I haven’t got an update back on the situation and hoping those snakes haven’t passed due to the fumes.

(October 5th) The manager Tyler is such a horrible person!!! So rude and absolutely unreasonable. He sent an employee home for trying to help me on a mobile order! I paid for my dogs food online due to it having a 20% coupon if ordered and picked up. When I arrived he continued to tell me that it was sent to another petco but was showing him it was for this one on Kitts Lane. He continued to tell me that I MUST buy another bag in order to leave even though I was showing him my emailed confirmed as well as order number that is provided right at check out. He then proceeded to kick me out and call the cops even though I was calm when he was raising his voice at me and talking with his hands actively. Love the store and they have just about everything you need there for your pets. The animals they have there are super cool. Wish they all had a home and wish petco provided more of their story instead of them just being nameless animals in a cage.

I am very disappointed with my recent grooming experience at Petco. I brought my poodle, Luna, in for a simple haircut with groomer Elizabeth T, and the results were extremely upsetting. Not only was Luna completely shaved down when I had asked for a light trim, but during the grooming process her leg was cut badly enough that she needed stitches at the vet. Thank goodness for the store manager, Alison, who handled the situation with care and professionalism. She immediately took responsibility, took Luna to the vet herself, and made sure all medical costs were covered. I truly appreciate how she managed the situation. However, Petco needs to improve their grooming staff training. Pet grooming requires skill, experience, and caution. It is not acceptable for pets to be injured due to lac

We were there and your staff was amazing though I can't remember her name in the groom salon. We took our dog Dodger to see her on her last day because she was her groomer and you know she was crying a bit so we wanted to leave her because she had dogs she had to work on. So my husband and I managed our way through the entire store and our our dog chose the same toy. That was the first toy she chose on her first visit with us and then the groomer came out and shared photos with us from their last appointment. We love you guys!
