Vetco Vaccination Clinic

Veterinary staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had brought both cats and dogs on separate occasions. Every time we were greeted by a different staff team, but they were all great! I would definitely recommend Vetco clinic (not hospital; I didn’t use) to anyone who needs a quick visit to get up to date. They gave my animals a quick check up and let me know of a few things that I should follow up with my pet’s Veterinary. They know their stuff and I trust them. They were very caring and gentle with each of my animals. :)

The vet was just okay. I expected her to give my kitten an exam. This service is not cheap. She gave my kitten the shot it needed so she gets a few stars for that, but there is no waiting room and all the people waiting with various animals ( some not friendly) in the isles where people come in to shop is just not good. It was not organized at all and it was a very chaotic experience.The stars are for the vet because she was able to give my cat the shot it needed other than that it was not a good experience at all.

For the first time I am extremely disappointed in Vetco. I have been using them for years for routine vaccines and quick exams for my animals. The vet that ws there on 8/23 barely even looked at my dog. He was very unpersonable and fabricated vitals (he never checked the respiration rate or pulse on my dog yet put a number in the records. Never even attempted a temperature but said he was unable to assess the dog.

They were quick and easy, my dog is a little big and they were so calm with her. She did well with two shots and medicine

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CATS THERE. I am a trained cat groomer for 8 years, I have worked with cats for even longer, and there's ONE policy that was taught as the most important rule. You NEVER put slip leads around a cat's neck. Well, I watched the vet tech put one on each of my cat's necks when it was their turn. If they booked it off the table, serious damage would've been done to them. Serious retraining on the safe handling of cats NEEDS to be done. I will NEVER take my cats here, regardless of cost. Vet staff complained about the grooming staff right next door, which was even more obnoxious to deal with as a client, and incredibly unprofessional as staff. The whole process was incredibly unclear and beginner-UNfriendly, myself and a number of other clients stood in line for 20-30 minutes
