The cashier felt terrible that all my cans on my delivery were so smashed! He felt bad that this was my third time returning them.

Always a pleasant experience at the Middletown Petco location! The staff is always friendly and the store is clean. My girl always has a good time when she comes shopping with me.

Made an appointment two weeks out; they cancelled my appointment the afternoon before because my dog is diabetic. I do not understand why his diabetes is relevant, but really they could just make it clear on the booking site that diabetic dogs will not be accepted, or alternatively they could tell you right away that they won't groom the dog instead of waiting two weeks. I could have made an appointment elsewhere in that time. Worth noting that I have been getting my dog groomed (wash only - no other services) at another Petco for several years before I moved here and have never run into this problem.

Wide variety of pet food. Refrigerated and dry. Bulk cat litter. All sorts of toys, grooming tools and services. Fish, small rodents and animal supplies. Don’t expect Tractor Supply farm animal needs, but good enough for Fido. Love the treat bar, many wagging tails. Yes, bring them to join the fun.
