The person at check out made the entire experience wonderful. The Vet tech was very sweet and good at her job. The vet was efficient and good but not very talkative. Overall wonderful.
I scheduled a vet appointment for my dog, and 5 minutes before I got there, I got a text message saying the vet never showed up. Once, I understand, but they did it twice! I’ll never go back. They ruined my anniversary plans by canceling at the last minute. What’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t show up?
Love them. They are great, well-informed, and treat their clients and patients with respect and patience!
Made an appointment about a week ago, I get a call a few hours before my scheduled appointment that they can’t see my pet as the vet assistant is “scared” of big dogs. Why be a vet if animals scare you? Not thrilled at all.
We've had Bodie(Everest) for 9 months now, incredible dog. Healthy, strong and the friendliest pup I've ever seen.
