If I could give lower than 1 star I would. My friend just finished an awful visit with them. "Perfect timing to come, we'll get you right in," turned into an hour and a half wait. They apparently do not look at their own records because they did not even know they were the ones who gave him his parvo vaccine. They only did a parvo test and bloodwork. No X-ray because they don't have one. Ended up sending him to Cornell, but they tried to charge them $700 for the visit. $700 for no answers (not even with bloodwork), and a test for a virus that he is vaccinated for and does not have symptoms of. On top of that, they would not let him leave until he paid. Thankfully he was able to only pay just under $500 in order to be able to leave with this poor dog. Talk about greed over empathy. Hopeful

The estimated wait times are highly inaccurate. When I checked in, I was told it would be less than an hour wait. I waited 3.5 hours for my dog to be seen. I checked in with the front desk twice during my wait for an update and each time I was told it would be half hour more. It far exceeded this each time. It certainly doesn’t seem like they take you in order of arrival/ticket number. The visit with the vet was fine, brief, and we left with treatment that helped my dog. I understand that they are a walk in clinic, and waiting is expected, but there is a huge discrepancy between “less than an hour” and 3.5 hours.

We have been coming to BAC for a year now. We recently had to bring our 20+ year old cat in to be euthanized. The care and time they took with us and our baby was amazing. When I went to pick up his ashes they were in a beautiful box and they included keepsakes. I wasn’t expecting all of this and lost it again when I got to my car. They also sent a sympathy card to our family. Maureen is a godsend and all of the staff are just as wonderful. Thank you all for taking such good care of our baby (and all of our fur babies).

The staff did everything they could possibly do to help my cat that was not feeling well. One week later and she made a full recovery. I’m so thankful for them being there for us in such a stressful time. Thank you for saving RICA!

I usually love going here.I always bring my cat and I usually have a very good experience.It goes fast, I'm in and out and my cats are taking care of at a reasonable price.But this last visit was not the case I came in even bringing my own stool sample because my cat has been having diarrhea uncontrollably, they didn't even look at my cat, just assume that she got into some kind of food or something bad and just shipped me out the door with a cost that was over $300, almost and said, come back if the diarrhea still is happening, which it is. But if they would have just looked at the stool sample, then I brought in that would have saved me another visit.Now that I have to go and spend who knows how much cause i've never had pay three hundred dollars there and i've been there plenty of time
