I took my sweet girl to the groomer for trim & BUFF & shee was terric!!! I believe her name was Carol. EVEryone in the store was Fabulous. I will be back real soon. Doreen & Skylar🩷🦮

Both the ladies working this morning were very friendly and I had an awesome conversation with them! They were also very helpful, we are looking for something very specific and they were very knowledgeable!

Very helpful, had to unlock the cabinet for us to get the eye wash and gel. Very pleasant to deal with. Was nice to have customer service like that.

I would give a 4 stars but due to the horrible cashier I can only give a 1 Star! She was so slow it was ridiculous. I was only one in line and she just took her time putting on hand lotion while I waited for her to ring up my 2 little items! Then other customers came up and immediately other cashiers jumped on registers and rang up 2-3 customers while J waited. She was just looking around at everyone else, not once but me!!! I was so livid by the time I left there!

Update #2 - spoke with the manager of the store who made it seem like I was lying about this horrible experience. Check the cameras! Found out the butcher aka “stylist” is named Andrea so BEWARE! Additionally, Nathan (another butcher working here) had apparently told his manager that Andrea had done no wrong. Moral of the story - under NO circumstances do you want to go here. Not only do they not know how to cut/style breeds but they take ZERO accountability from the top down. Do yourself a favor and go to a REPUTABLE groomer!! Update: Petco - the appointment didn’t remotely meet “my expectations” your “groomer/stylists” BUTCHERED my dogs coat! Your basic response is disappointing. Your groomers shouldn’t have A JOB IF THEY DON’T KNOW THE BASICS! Not even worth 1 star!! DO NOT TAKE YOU
