They are lovely, compassionate people here. They helped me through my cat’s illness and helped to extend his life. When it was time to say goodbye, they were wonderful and understanding.

This place is not welcoming in the slightest. I took my dog here to get his vaccines. They gave him his shot and told us nothing afterwards. Is there any side effects? We wouldn’t know because we weren’t told. The doctors as well as the front desk (especially the receptionist male with the glasses) have the nastiest attitude and do not know how to do customer service. If you are new to having a dog I would not take them here. It’s an overwhelming, unorganized environment. It feels like you are just money to them, it feels extremely rushed. I understand that everyone has to be attended to, however if the doctors were to explain more of what is happening—that would be amazing, instead of just trying to get you in and out.

Love coming here they are kind , friendly , quick and careful with your animals.

The woman at the front desk on Sunday afternoon, June 15th, appeared unsure when asked a question and was unable to provide the information requested. Additionally, her demeanor came across as unwelcoming and she seemed visibly displeased to be there.

I will never use their services. You’re better off taking your pet somewhere else. They refused to see either of my pets when they had an appt. The vet was disrespectful and rude and didn’t like when it was given back to her. They should not be allowed to refuse shots and heart worm testing when that’s the proper treatment that needs to be done.
