My Rottweiler Diesel tore both of his CCLs (rear left leg in 2022 and rear right leg in late 2025) I took Diesel to PetPT for both to be treated via water treadmill therapy and he has healed 100% both times and is doing better than ever! Dr Russell Howe-Smith and the rest of the staff are amazing & have been so helpful and knowledgeable. They helped saved me a fortune too by not having to do surgeries, I’ll be bringing all of my pets here for life for sure and I’d recommend them to ANYONE!

To say I am disappointed in the care my dog received is an understatement. I have been going to pt pt for years until now. I brought my 5 year old dog there after what we thought was a pulled muscle. We were prescribed muscle relaxers and NSAIDS for pain. A few days later things still seemed to be off with my dog. I then contacted them to bring him back in. They did labs and told me his kidney enzymes were "high" and to bring him back in a week for repeat labs. I returned when I was told and they did repeat blood work. I never heard back. I reached out on 8 different occasions and never received a return call. We waited a week to speak with our vet who we trusted. They never even had the curtesy to return our calls. Both of my dogs have had therapy here over the last year after TPLO surgeries. Staff is amazing with my dogs. My one is quite fearful/high anxiety and they do a good job with making him comfortable on the treadmill. Dr. Howe-Smith has been really helpful with other orthopedic injury assessments and pain management.

Dog I am fostering had a visit here. I loved the doctor the technician they were both great and I like the fact that you check out at a different counter instead of being in the main waiting room

Dr. Howe-Smith and his staff were incredible. They were incredibly thorough with my dog's exam and respectfully answered questions and concerns. Moreover, the doctor and staff were incredibly professional and friendly.
