This vet is the absolute best. EVERY person who works here was kind and compassionate to our rats and us each time we came in. The front desk staff, the vet techs/assistants, and the doctors are all great at what they do. We drove 45 minutes-1 hour to get there each appointment, and it was absolutely worth it. There were countless occasions where the care/treatment provided here extended our time with our rats and improved their quality of life greatly. We could not be more grateful for them.

This place was dishonest about how much my bill would be and caused me a lot of financial stress.... They didn't inform me of extra charges or ask consent to add them. I would say Be careful, but I was very careful asking in advance for clarity about the cost. I talked to them on the phone before coming in, and they assured me that after the cost of the initial visit, any additional fees would be discussed for me to agree to before adding them to the bill. I talked to the front desk about this again when I got there. Both people I spoke with knew that a bird rescue was helping to pay the bill because I couldn't afford the initial cost. The rescue offered to help with just the initial visit. When I went to check out, the bill was almost 3x what we had been quoted. No one during the visi

Long time client with our umbrella cockatoo. She had a long tem issue until the board of aviation Dr's suggested to trust their exotic bird experience at this office. Been a client for several years and have been happy with the Dr's , the front desk people are very sweet and all have great bedside manners. That's really important to us.

We have brought our last kitty here for almost 15 years to Animal Bird and Health to see Dr. Cromwell. She has provided care and advocated for our Baby to the end. When we adopted our Patches, we knew there was no place else to go but to Dr. Cromwell. We trust her with our fur babies.

The office staff and the veterinarians are top notch when it comes to caring for my pet toad, and my 15-year-old Puggle, (RIP) which she would not have lived that long if it had not been for them. My 7-year-old American Toad is a current patient with a complex health issue. They are never too busy to fit you into their schedule.
