EPIC Veterinary Urgent Care

I brought my dog in for a mass on her paw pad, I received results within a few days that it was cancerous. Epic was able to schedule her for an amputation of her digit to ensure the mass was completely removed within a few days. The procedure went well and Lola is now all healed up. We had numerous visits over the past 3 weeks to check on the healing of her paw. During our visits, we ended up meeting all of the vets as well as numerous vet techs and staff members; everyone was wonderful! The facility is very clean. I had no complaints during my numerous visits. I would 100% recommend Epic to anyone! Thank you to everyone at Epic for helping Lola, I’m so grateful!

Epic is an amazing place filled with amazing, competent people who actually care about pets and their owners. From reception, to the tech's and most importantly the vet my cat Skittles saw, Dr Byrnes, was top notch! Everything was explained and questions answered in an understandable way. Everyone we met there wad kind, gentle with your furbabies and helpful. There was no price gouging and I appreciate that. Pet care when your baby isn't feeling well is stressful enough and it is expensive but they will ask you many times if it's something you want before just charging you for it. It may be different in an emergent situation where a more medical or surgical approach is needed. Skittles had a URI so it wasn't a true emergency. Bottom line is, this office in Cherry Hill is highly recommended

Extraordinary care. Brought the pup in because it ate something potentially toxic. Very attentive, friendly, supportive group. Injected the dog very compassionately and professionally. Dog vomited everything. They cleaned up, Vet came in and summarized and recommended her plan. Great group and will always go back.

When our 2 year old cat, Julian had a urinary obstruction we knew he needed emergency treatment. We could not afford the 5000$ in hospital treatment for 3 days at the local 24 hour facilities. We could however afford to have him unblocked and hoped that he would be one of the few cats that would make it past that. When he blocked again a week later, we were quoted around $7000 for surgery and treatment as he developed small bladder stones. The ER doctor referred us to Epic who had just opened for his surgery. Not only did they see him immediately, it was affordable too. If we knew about Epic the first time he became obstructed, it would have been so much more affordable and most importantly it would have been better for him. They went above and beyond our expectations, they are great and very compassionate and trustworthy. They were with us every step of the way, they were able to diagnose what is wrong with our baby right away, when other Vets couldn't. They tried to help, offered other ways to keep her alive, and was very honest with us. They are very gentle not only to our baby, but also to us. If only we still have our baby, we wouldn't think twice in bringing her back here. We are so thankful for the whole team of Epic Veterinary Urgent Care, especially to super nice Dr. Emily Volk, Dr. Keller, and to their nurses and staff, especially to Justin.
