Vetco Vaccination Clinic

I had an appointment today with VETCO and it was 80% pleasant. Dustin and the veterinarian were awesome! There's also a black guy with locs that consistently gives exceptional customer service. He was here during my last visit as well. There was another guy today whose customer service was very poor. Wish I had his name. Hes brown skin with a low cut and kind of platinum colored hair. He wasn't very friendly, handed me the blue leash to put on my dog myself and just overall didn't have a great attitude. He should probably do the paperwork part of this process since he clearly doesnt want to be here and should probably limit his interactions with customers.

We arrived for our vaccination appointment and was taken immediately. Things ran smoothly.

Takes too long to get an appointment for grooming. It says they take walk-ins but they don't!

One day I decided to drive over & call from the parking lot(they never answer) only to find TWO young ladies sitting by the phone on the computer!

Great service. Arrived at 9 and was seen immediately for our 9:05 appt. Mohamoud, was extremely helpful with my Ausky who new to this. Really helped him relax and things go smoothly. Same for the 2 young ladies on the van. extremely respectful, and caring while administering shots. Reaffirming him after each time, petting him, and allowing him to stay where he felt most comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to friends, guaranteed. Mahalo for your care 🤙🏾
