We bought our leopard gecko from Global Pets after being given a recommendation from a friend who did the same. The fact that anytime anyone has a concern about a reptile or is looking for a new purchase Jacob’s name is tagged to help/recommend speaks volumes. It’s all we need to prove how good he is to all of us. Also, my son or I walk in the door and he knows exactly what pet we have and the food we buy for her. What other store has that kind of personal touch with their customer service?! None that I know of!

My teenager owns a cockatiel as well as a ball python, so we're always on the lookout for bird and reptile supply stores. I'm so glad I found this place, because it's perfect and specializes in exactly what we need. The store is small but the inside was spotless and well-equipped. On our first visit, the owner was very helpful and even gave my daughter a new customer discount. Clearly cares about the wellbeing of his animals, and also involved in a lot of rescues helping critters find loving homes. Will definitely be back in the future.

We bought our daughter a rainbow bearded dragon for her birthday. Jacob was and STILL is so very helpful with her. We buy everything need need for her from there BECAUSE of him & his amazing work ethic. I would refer him 1000 times over!!!

I absolutely love this store. The owner is so kind a knowledgeable. He helps take in animals that need care. He even help rescue a gator! I purchased an Axolotl from him and she is still going strong. I always recommend this place because the owner will do what he can to get you what you need.

Im so glad I found this place. Jacob is awesome. I have been coming to him since Feb of 2025. My daughter has a crested gecko and we bought a beautifully sent up tank from him. He also answers all our questions. We love coming to the store and seeing all the animals he has. He also let's us look at and sometimes hold the animals he gets in and he truly a mastermind of not just reptiles but also other animals like birds and so much more. He is the best for pet advice and any questions you have for him. I 10000% recommend him and he is a great person.
