Deer Creek Pet Resort

We used StrongKennel to board our 4 month old lab puppy in September for 5 days. Matt and Tracey were amazing at making us feel comfortable and safe leaving our pup with them. They were very open with communication and the service they provided by uploading photos of the pup is one that we appreciated. We checked multiple times every day to see our happy puppy playing with her new friends both human and canine. 10/10 would recommend and we will be using their services again.

We have had many dogs, and have used many different kennels to board them, but Strong Kennels is by far the best we have found. There are two reasons why we can recommend the kennel: first, it is very well maintained and the outdoor runs are amazing. The second is the Strongs themselves and their staff. Everyone was genuinely concerned about the welfare of our dogs. They all were attentive to our dogs needs and personalities, so our dogs went home in beautiful condition. We needed to drive over 100 miles to reach Strong Kennels, but we have no doubt that we will make the trip again when we need to board our pets.

First time using this kennel and we were very happy. This family run kennel was well maintained and climate controlled in very hot weather. Our fee included three times a day outside play time in a very nice setting with numerous play yards. The Strong family all have a part in the operation of the kennel and were very friendly from pre-stay tour to checkin and out. It was nice to see the photos they sent us while away. You can see the pride in their work. Thank you Strong family for making us feel like our dog Garth was in good hands. We will be back!!

My family and I highly recommend this facility. We've utilized many other kennels in the area in the past and feel the experience at StrongKennel stood out from the rest in a very positive way. Our dog had a health issue going into his stay that required higher maintenance from the staff, but they graciously catered to his needs and consistently followed up with us during his stay to put us at ease. They even called us after his stay was over and he was with us at home to follow up and see how he was doing. It was very clear to us that they genuinely care about the pets they board. We were very impressed with their care and attention and would recommend StrongKennel to any others, without reservation.

This kennel has new owners and they have improved the kennel tremendously. The kennels have runs that are both indoor and outdoor. The kennel area is air conditioned and heated. The workers are all very friendly. They have an excellent website they use to update status of your dog at least 3 times per day with feeding and exercise time along with providing pictures. They have several large fenced areas for the dogs to run. This was a very important for me since my dogs are used to having space to run and play at home. Very easy to work with. Responded immediately to my emails. I will be boarding my dogs with them again in the near future.
