Nice and caring staff, we’re on time. Only concern was when attempting to remove my cat from the carrier her leg became trapped and had I not said anything she could have very hurt. Her leg was trapped between the door and side panel and staff kept pulling her. Freaked me out but my girl is okay. I believe it was an accident although I will make sure to pay full attention for the entire visit in the future.
