This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with my dog. The service was amazing, all the procedure was clear and straightforward. The doctors were very kind with my dog, and gently. Not to mention the prices, very affordable. 100% recommended for any dog or pet parent out there.

Just moved to the U.S. from Canada and had my first encounter with Vetco—an absolute disgrace. I brought my dog in after finding a tick on him and was refused help because I couldn’t immediately provide a rabies certificate, despite presenting official importation documents, which require proof of rabies vaccination by law. That should have been more than enough for any competent vet to proceed. Instead of offering a solution, the staff wasted 10 minutes trying to funnel me into useless upsells and dodging responsibility. They wouldn’t test the tick. They wouldn’t examine my dog. And they told me to “wait 7–10 weeks” to see if symptoms develop—something a simple Google search disproves, as symptoms for diseases like Lyme can begin showing within 3 weeks, by which point preventive treatmen

Friendly, efficient team who clearly loves the animals they are looking after. Went in with our new puppy for his last round of DHPP. We were in/out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you!
