I was told I could not use Care Credit for mobile services but could get the charges reversed after. However, when I called , I was told that they were not able to do that and was given incorrect information. Very disappointed after spending $1000 out of pocket and nobody from Customer service could help or respond.
1st set of Dr & Staff were Great but the second set and pharmacy staff play to many games. The 2nd staff made a comment that the 1st Dr. made a mistake with prescription but 1st Dr knew less than 1/2lb would not make a difference but allowed pharmacy to demand License Dr. Explain Herself. Awful follow up vaccine. I was forced to be there 3 1/2 hours for them to get it right.
I have my American Staffordshire Terrier groomed at the Apopka, Fl location. Sam (a lady) is her groomer and she is amazing!! My Baby Girl loves her and is always happy to see her. I love how my pet looks and smells every single time. Would recommend her to all who want a great job done lovingly!!
The vetco vet was very good.She and her assistant was great.
Always have a great experience here. They take great care of our two kitties!
