Vetco Vaccination Clinic

The Vet and the Nurses where great and careful with our little kitten. They gave us good instructions on what to do next. The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you ladies!

Terrible service did not want to take in my little one because of 8 minutes late for my appointment when they say you could arrive 15 minutes late. Drove 50 minutes because there was no other appointments near me and my dog just needed her vaccine to finally be able to go outside. There was a male vet that was very rude about it too 1/10.

VETCO staff were friendly and helpful! The “set up” of the clinic was moved from an enclosed room to a table out in the store in a very cramped area. Seems the area previously used for veterinary care is now for storage. Not a good setup with lots of people and dogs around when pets are getting vaccinations and are already anxious. Very disappointed with this decision to move into the store area. Will be looking into going elsewhere after 6 years.

Ok. But not great. Very picky with grooming. If your pet has anything difficult or questionable they will not groom or whatever else you want. Also an employee tells me my dog gets nervous and suggests CBD oil . Even say they sell it in the store. They do and I buy it and give it to my dog before the next grooming. Then the front desk asked me if I gave my dog anything. I said yes to CBD oil and they say we cannot groom your dog with any substance given. Petco is right across the street from me. The only groomers I have been to. They tried saying no one told me that. Basically called a liar. Go to PetSmart much better and accept CBD oil or a mild animal tranquilizer.
