He loves me very much and takes care of me well he thinks he runs things but truly I'm the man around the house and I keep everything in check including him! Well the other day even though I keep him in check he knew I wasn't feeling good and needed to go see a doc but it was Sunday morning and where were we to go? Well dad found this great place called PetFolk over in Altamonte, yeah the place you're looking at right now! Well we went in and I had this really bad cough that kept me and Dad up all night and wasn't sure about how bad I was feeling. The entire team at Perfolk I will tell you not only take care of me Dad's fur baby but they take care of Dad too they're worried about the pup and the parent! They showed him this

Don’t know where to exactly begin but i’ll start with thanking the staff of this location for their kindness, helpfulness, and saving my dog’s life. I brought my sweet girl in after she had become lethargic and just not herself. Dr. McGee quickly started considering Addison’s disease but there were steps (lab work) that we had to do to get to it. She kept me informed and told me to take her to the emergency hospital should she worsen (and specifically mentioned “Addison’s Crisis”) as we waited for the results. Well, she did end up in the emergency hospital and had to be admitted for 2 days as she was in an Addison’s crisis. While I am incredibly thankful for the staff at the emergency hospital, I am equally thankful for the kind staff here. The closest Petfolk to me is actually Lake Mary

I had an ‘urgent care’ case—nothing life threatening. They were stille able to see us same-day. I was immediately impressed with the staff and the quality of care they gave my cat. Their philosophy centered around creating a safe, comfortable environment for pets, and they encouraged my cat to roam and explore (in his private, secure room) to create a more positive vet experience for him. They also were really encouraging towards me to comfort him and let me stay with him during his tests/examinations (except an x ray for obvious reasons). Overall, I was really happy with the visit. The cost out of pocket wasn’t fun, but I can say compared to other exams, tests, diagnoses, and prescriptions that it was comparable to what I’ve seen everywhere else. Just don’t! Nobody’s ever on time. Not many of the techs seem to know what they’re doing (especially the creepy guy with the dark hair and the glasses). Also, somehow every single time we would take the dogs weight and the next time I would come in and the dogs weight would be wrong. And I kept telling them how imperative it was that they have the correct weight due to my dogs health issues. Nothing ever changed. They only care about money here. Dr. Spiker (sp?) made an egregious mistake on my dog’s medication that almost killed him. And when I asked why he didn’t tell me about the medication that the specialist told him my dog needed to be on, he just said oh I just didn’t want him on too many medication’s; when in reality I truly think he just forgot and didn’t want to admit that. We’ve been having vomiting episodes with our dog. Other vet couldn’t handle her (4 lbs Chihuahua) and send us to emergency vet The entire staff at Petfolk was amazing. The Dr. really took her time to explain everything and answer all our questions. She had some suggestions and we felt included in a “game plan” in order to find the root cause of the issue while also not put our dog through extra stress that isn’t needed. We feel very confident with this place and will definitely come here from now on.
