I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the care my puppy received at Petco Veterinary Clinic. Approximately two weeks prior to our most recent visit, my puppy’s hind leg was nicked during a procedure at this location, which required a follow-up surgery to correct the issue. This incident alone was distressing and caused unnecessary pain and recovery time for my puppy, as well as significant emotional strain for our family. As a result of the injury, she was also unable to proceed with her scheduled grooming services. During our return visit for the follow-up, I requested a simple trim so that her hair would no longer obstruct her vision. Unfortunately, she was brought back to me in an unacceptable condition. Excellent Service. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Rodriguez the Vet, Vet Techs and staff at this practice! They were caring, kind and considerate. They treated my dog like family and answered my concerns.!

I visited your cheetah bar, New Jersey vet code location On Saturday and my dog was treated by Dr. Rodriguezz. The first thing I wanna say is that they were able to accommodate a last-minute appointment although the website showed that they had no available appointments on that day. Katie, the technician and Lisa were excellent kind and informative real professionals. Lisa also explained the benefits of the vital care insurance which I purchased. The entire team was amazing and my dog is feeling better.

Set up an appointment for my new puppy over 3 weeks ago after the woman checking me out at petco spent 20 minutes convincing me how great they were. They have cancelled my appointment 3 times now. After the second cancellation I said that maybe I should just look elsewhere but she assured me they would have a vet there even if their regular vet was still sick. Now my puppy is 2 weeks past due for his vaccinations and I’ve taken off of work 3 days to accommodate their open appointments. On top of that the woman that just called was extremely dismissive when I told her my situation.

We were really disappointed and disheartened with the grooming service for our dog. The groomer, Brie, recommended cutting our dog’s fur very short due to knots on the legs and ears, but the result fell far short of our expectations. Our dog is usually very cute and fluffy, but after the grooming, he looked like a completely different animal. We clearly told Brie that we did not want the fur cut too short, but she insisted that it would be harder to manage the knots otherwise. We were miserable with how short the fur ended up being. Additionally, our dog didn’t smell like he had been freshly bathed, and he seemed unhappy when we picked him up, as if he had an unpleasant experience. Overall, this was a very upsetting experience, and unfortunately, we will not be returning. Attached is our
