Came here with my 5-year-old, who had recently lost her cat unexpectedly. We hadn’t planned on getting a new cat that day; we were just hoping to find the perfect fit. Our last cat took months to find, so we expected the same outcome this time. We picked three cats to play with, but none felt like the right match. Then staff member Riri came in and immediately recognized that those weren’t the best choices for us. She said she had the perfect cat in mind — and she was right! The moment my daughter saw her, her eyes lit up. The cat was calm, sweet, and didn’t mind being held. My daughter insisted she wanted to take her home. I dont understand the low ratings. We adopted a kitten named Queenie that changed my entire view on cats. She is one of the best things that has happened in my life. The staff was attentive and caring. Seemed a little understaffed but that’s expected. If you have an issue with it I implore you to Volunteer! Or donate what you can to support places like these.

We adopted our baby boy Jean Pierre AKA Jerry. He had quite a life. I gifted him to my sister as a pet support for her birthday. After two years She then lost him, because she would drive him around with her, and one day, he jumped out of her car window and was in the street for a few days. Luckily, she found him and then a year later gave him up for adoption. Because she would hug him too much and he would scratch her. When I found out she had given him up I was heartbroken and in disbelief. Luckily, my sister brought him back to the same shelter I adopted him from. I went back to the shelter and Re- adopted him again. Now his is with me for the past three year living his best cat life ever. However, I was sad that the shelter didn't reach out to me to find out what had happen

I adopted two kittens from different litters at the same time September 2024. The adoption process was straight forward, the staff helpful and I now have two of the best cats I have ever met! They are loving, sweet, playful, happy. I love my babies!

This is the nicest, cleanest, and most well run shelter I've ever been too. Same day adoptions. $100 for a kitten with shots, chipped, and spade. I only wish I could have taken a few more cats home.
