Petco Grooming

Every single time I take my pet for grooming here I constantly always pay for the extra package and to my knowledge I always leave unsatisfied I even paid for them to buff. The nails, and my dog’s nails were not buffed at all on top of that. Her anal glands were definitely not expressed because the next day it smelled like fish so I had to do it myself and then everything‘s been fine ever since then it feels like a waste of money cause it’s all the time that I go through this what’s the point of having the extra special packages if they’re not gonna buff the nails Or express the glands

I don't understand how there are not more positive reviews of Crystal here. She was so great with my puppy. She took a picture of what I wanted and did the best that she could with him to make it happen. She was great at explaining her work and he smelled great for days!

⭐ 1 Star Review I brought my 4-month-old puppy in for her very first grooming experience, expecting gentle care and professionalism. Instead, the groomer nicked her hind leg nail, causing enough injury that they stopped the grooming entirely. My puppy was returned to me with a head cone, a heavily bandaged leg, and half her body shaved, with no grooming completed. What has been most upsetting is that we were later advised that surgery may be needed on the injured nail. This has turned what should have been a happy milestone into a painful, stressful experience for our entire family. I LOVED LOVED LOVED MY BABY HAIRCUT, it loooks sooooooo good. Ive been afraid taking him to get groomed because they be shaving him down and it saddens me he doesnt look like himself. But IZZY went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Loves her patience and the time ahe took with Bear even with his anxiety.

Vicki is the best! Morty came out looking cute. And he behaved for her too. To start the appointment we spoke about all the concerns to get us off to a great start. She texted me with enough time to get him right we he was done.
