I brought a new dog to my pack to the Vetco hospital because we were worried about her being heartworm positive or having a positive fecal so we first told the nurse Shante’ what was going on and she was very understanding and help full on explain all procedures and that the ear exam would be a good idea to see what was going on with her ears! So happy we did that because she was positive for an ear infection. Then Doctor Delvecchro came in and explained everything and the dogs body condition and what were some of our outcomes if they were positive and how our life at home would be if she had a positive fecal! Wow! I am very impressed. Needed a rabies vaccine for my bulldog Gunner, they tried but he was very unhappy and wasn’t having it. They were so understanding and sent me home with some medication to help for the appointment the next week. Today we went back and I voiced that while sedated I still didn’t think he would let them give him a shot. They listened and suggest maybe a walk and a sneak shot. I agreed, we walked him outside and as soon as he was distracted it was done and he didn’t even notice. Dr. Delvicco and everyone we dealt with at both appointment were so wonderful. Dr. D really cares about the animals well being and said next appointment he’d be willing to see him outside if it made him more comfortable. I am so happy to have found them.

As someone who struggles with social anxiety I appreciate the ability to make and modify appointments online. As far as prices I would say they are very reasonable and total cost was gone over before being seen so there were no surprise charges at the end. I will continue to bring my kitties here, it is so convenient and they get great care.

Vetco is the absolute best! Dr. Fisher literally saved our cat, Dude's life. When we first got him he had a horrible infection that resulted in needing an amputation of his back leg and Dr. Fisher was with us through the whole process. She made every accommodation he/we needed and he is truly the happiest cat now. Happy, thriving and living his best life! I cannot say enough great things about the staff at Vetco from their kindness and the way they care for all of our furbabies! My wife and I were navigating an extremely difficult process of moving our beloved Shiba Inu to the UK. Despite some fumbles by staff, they did everything they could to set things right. The all stars of this story were the hospital manager (handsome guy, sick beard) and our Vet (Dr. Fisher). We had so many questions and concerns, and they answered all of them with grace no matter how dumb our questions were. We left with confidence thanks to the staff and we made it through two European borders with no issues. We actually saw a family denied at the border with their pet, and our hearts sank. I thought to myself, 'they wouldn't have had this issue if they went with Vetco'.
