They always do a good job for my 3 dogs. They're extra patient and understanding with Slinky. Slinky was born was lissencephaly (literally a smooth brain) so sometimes he's not well behaved. They always are good with him and happy to see him, even though he's not the easiest dog to groom. Just very nice people who do a good job grooming and caring for dogs.

Took my little girl here last minute to see if they had any openings to get her nails clipped because they were so long . The owner said she could squeeze me in right then and there. My dog has extreme anxiety and I have had to sedate her in the past to do her nails. This woman not only made my baby feel so relaxed but also got the nails done in less than five minutes so I asked if they had time to groom her but was worried about leaving her because she would cry and bark. The lady was so understanding and let me not only stay but sit with her inside the work area I was so happy with her empathy and understanding that I decided going forward this was the place I would be bringing my baby every time !!!!!!!!!

I was visiting from out of state. I normally groom my dog, but I fell and broke my arm and was not able to groom her before traveling. My dog is blind and had never been to a groomer. My aunt recommended Family Companion and I could not be happier with the results. They did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this business.

Just got my babies groomed what a amazing job she does and I truly mean that!! I have been bringing all my dogs here for over 10 years NOT ONCE did they ever leave not EXTREMELY HAPPY!!! THAT MEANS EVERYTHING!!!! I TRUST HER WITH ALL MY HEART she has always gone above and beyond to make sure my babies are happy and I'm happy!! I would recommend her to anyone!!!

Family pet is a highly recommend Dog groomer, In my Local are of Smithfield. They wash, cut, dry, yes The facility is clean. Making an appointment helps this way you drop off your animal at a convenient time for you and them, then you're pick up can be arranged in a timely manner . I'm pleased with the groomer as I've tried others. There prices are right in line with competitors. But they go the extra mile. Parking is right at the front door. OR in the rear. Try them you'll be pleased!
