Petco

Everyone that works here (specifically the Vetco) have been great to my new kitten at all his first appointments. Thank you to the Vetco team! ❤️ As a whole, I wish Petco would stop selling Bettas and live animals that are not rescue. I signed up for Vital Care Premier to get discounts off food/care for my new kitten, but honestly every time I go in there and see the half dead animals I wish I chose somewhere else. I know i’m not the only one who feels this way.

One worker there was incredible just an absolute sweetheart and he was very helpful. However the fish??? SIX of them were dead and two already starting to decay. this is disgusting

I shop at petco regularly. I have no problem either with products or customer service. Last night was an exception with the customer experience. The person that was at the register was quite rude and seemed to be bothered by my returns that I had , she was totally unprofessional when I was making her questions. Yes she was the only person working the registers she called for help I dont know if anyone came. If you cant be friendly and professional with the public then you need to rethink your profession. Was quite disappointed.

The staff here always go out of there way, especially Jami in the fish department, she is very knowledgeable in aquatics. I typically prefer to support my local fish stores, but between the pricing and service I get at this location, I always stop in here first. My only regret is that they don’t sell larger tanks.

Best Petco I’ve been to. We recently got a puppy, Kali(12 weeks), and so we’ve been Petco frequent flyers. The amount of different items and things available to any animal was amazing. Every worker we came into contact with was extremely pleasant and they all made sure they gave Kali some cuddles which she is learning to love slowly! They were so sweet to her and made us all feel very welcomed.
