Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital

The vet was wonderful. She took her time and explained everything thoroughly. Everyone was nice. I feel comfortable bringing my fur baby back.

Horrible experience Heavy set receptionist super rude We were less than 10 minutes late and we were willing to wait She refused to check how long the wait would be as if we would be called in exactly at the appointment time as new customers. We went to buy something at petco and no one was waiting at the vetco. Will not be returning.

The dr seemed really nice. Quick easy visit. The receptionist and the tech were super rude, not friendly at all. My son was trying to help our dog get on the scale, and the tech came out and told him, "stop". Not sure why, but he grabbed my dad with such force and attitude. Then the receptionist just kept giving me dirty looks. Negative energy.

I had an appointment at 8:30 am and didn't get seen until 10. Once they saw me it still took a while before they took her in. Once they took her in it was about a ten minute process and they are definitely cheaper than most options. My cat might of not kept awake but she's a real trooper.

This was our initial visit. Our interaction with all of the staff members we came in contact with was OUTSTANDING!! We were extremely impressed with Dr. Fuhrman who went above and beyond to answer ALL of our questions and most importantly showed great love and carrying for our dog Willow! After having a less than positive experience with our previous Vet and having some anxiety in making a change to Petco, Dr. Fuhrman AND staff made our decision to make this change the right thing to do!
