My pup Burton is not a fan of other men and super not fond of the vet or new places in general. Joey, our shining light of today, spent so much time with my Burton boy and gave him so much love. By the end of our appointment, Burton had his vaccines done & had made a new best friend in Joey. It’s people like this that belong in this field. Thank you guys!!!

For 1- the staff are super sweet. I don’t blame them for working for a money hungry corporation. Also glad the free first vet visit allowed us to be in the room without us having to pay for the assistant chatting with us. But seeing my experience and 2 other reviewers on here saying the same thing- that there is a push to add unnecessary tests and exams to the bill. We took in a stray that had some intermittent diarrhea and a visible worm passed at some point. Though we mentioned she’s been doing better and has normal stool and is very active and normal otherwise. Immediately they recommended we do $970 in extensive tests before the vet even talked with us. I thought it was kind of weird because I would think it would make more sense to treat the worms or order stool tests and see if the

Went with my kitten for a wellness check and they said that since I was worried about vomiting, a wellness check wouldn’t do anything and they didn’t have time to help me with anything else. I tried to see if they could help me squeezing me somewhere but they refused. What I think it’s funny is that they could spend 30+ minutes doing nothing while telling me no (the doctor) and why I shouldn’t do a wellness check but couldn’t use all that time to actually take care of my kitten who had been throwing up. Meanwhile at the verge of tears feeling like my cat was going to die, I had to make an appointment for the 22nd instead (about 5 days after). When I went that day, they did x rays (IT TOOK LIKE 10 MINUTES) and told me what was happening with her stomach. But they didn’t have time the othe

As a cat mom, vet visits are usually more stressful for me than for my cats. This is the only vet I’ve ever taken my cats to, and for good reason. The staff is always welcoming, thoughtful, and they take the time to explain everything clearly while answering every single one of my questions. I really appreciate how gentle and patient they are with my girls, always making sure they feel as comfortable as possible. During my most recent visit, the tech even agreed to take my cat’s vitals with me in the room, which gave me peace of mind and helped her stay calm. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and the pet parents, and that means so much. I always leave feeling reassured and confident that my cats are in the best hands here.

I just love how easy it is to make an appointment online. Petco offers vaccinations, in my case, it was for my dogs. Once I found out they offer veterinary services, I’ve only taken my pups to Vetco total care Lee vista for veterinary visits. I have always had a pleasant experience at this location. From the staff who call to confirm the appointment, to the staff at check in, the vet techs/assistants once we go in the back, and the Veterinarian. The only thing is, every time you go, there’s always different staff, which is why I can’t give any one person a shout out. However, they do keep a patient and kind team! And I trust them to care for my Pups!
