They deserve a million stars. I spent days not knowing why my dogs face had swollen 2x over night. I called everywhere looking for someone to help me as I'm not in a position to pay hundreds of dollars. My last call and hope was to Total Care. They got her right in and treated her so sweetly. The vet tech and the vet were absolutely amazing and cared for her so well. I left out without a huge financial burden and honestly couldn't believe that the 4 treatments were so inexpensive. Today is the morning after and her face swelling has decreased by half and she's not in pain anymore. I cannot express how appreciative I am to the ones who cared for her and heard me. Forever grateful. I HIGHLY recommend this place to care for you furr babies.

"Go to our competitors" is basically what I was told. And only after going to a real vet clinic did I learn how much Vetco over charges for minimal care and medicine. I have been taking my dog here for a while and these people could care less about your animals honestly. My dog eat prescription food to help with UTIs, and her food was and still is no where to be found. I went to them to ask about switching her food to other urinary SO, and they flat out refused. They would rather my dog get a UTI so I would have to bring her in and spend unnecessary amount of money to get it cleared up every other month. They also put my dog on some allergy medicine that actually doesnt help with it at, and arthritis medication and claimed that we needed to bring my dog in every 3 months for blood work.

I had a good experience with bringing my dog to the vet. Our first exam fee was free. We were able to be seen same day and I the ability to book . Each was patient, knowledgeable and kind. Prices were . Vital care premier will save me money on her future exams and I saved money buying her dog food from here now even with shipping to my house.

This has been the best experience I have ever had! 10/10 best customer service! I was terrified of taking my older dog in because he is reactive to other dogs and he chewed all his fur off due to fleas so he looked rough to say the least(over the counter stuff wasn’t working). But that crew they have there are so sweet and not judgmental! I was able to call in and they made sure no other dogs were in the waiting area as we walked through! They made me feel so welcomed and were so helpful! They gave my pups so much love and were able to get them all taken care of! 100% will absolutely go back there for all my pups needs! Truly thankful for them!

We love the folks at Vetco in Norman! They are always welcoming and happy to see fur babies and show them love. They are honest about what is and isn't necessary and upfront about the cost. Dr. Belcourt has been great with all of our fur babies, and the vet techs are attentive and nonjudgmental. Every vet is expensive, but the cost is worth it knowing my babies are taken care of.
