They took us in the same day while we were traveling and were incredibly friendly and kind. They really helped us by prescribing calming medication for our doggie for a flight. We felt truly cared for - awesome service. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with the team at Vetco Pet Hospital. The staff was friendly, attentive, and clearly care about the well-being of their patients. A special thanks to Dr. Cruz, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient while treating my dog’s skin condition and ear infection. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable with the treatment plan. My dog is already showing signs of improvement, and I’m very grateful for the care we received. Highly recommend!

The office staff and providers are EXTREMELY caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I drive from UCF area to this site because of the care that is provided. Dr Cruz and Dr Kim you guys are CATASTIC! Imani was so patient and attentive to all of my concerns for my two babies (Ziggy and Kalessi) she conveyed what to expect in the visit, what actions she was going to take, and communicated effectively to the Dr during the exam to ensure we were all in alignment and understanding.
