My puppy, Zoe, loves all the wonderful staff at Bass Pet Resort. They always take such good care of her. Zoe loves it so much that she can barely contain her excitement every time I bring her in.

Bass Pet Resort is phenomenal. My dachshund is shy and skittish. The staff was kind and patient with her…she even had one-on-one time with a staff member. I highly recommend their facility and services!

Our dog always has a great time at Bass Pet Resort! We are so happy to have a place for her to be cared for while we are at Disney or a trip we can't have her on.

The staff seemed genuinely interested in the personality characteristics of each pet and talked about their pets when I talked about mine. My pets seemed at ease. The grounds were spacious. I did not get to see the dog kennels, but the cat kennels were huge.
