Being in the military, I have a hectic schedule, but they made sure to confirm everything the day before I dropped off my two pitbulls. When I arrived, they took me inside their home, showing me the space where my dogs would stay, which made me feel completely comfortable. Throughout the stay, they sent me daily updates and pictures, letting me know how my pups were doing and what they were up to. The communication was fantastic!
