I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ted, Kim, and everyone there. We originally brought our puppy, Poppy, in for her very first exam using the free exam offer, and we liked Dr. Ted so much that we decided to continue her care there. Poppy was just spayed, and Dr. Ted did an amazing job. Her incision looks great, she’s healing beautifully, and the entire experience was so reassuring. I also have to mention how wonderful Kim is with the pets before they go back—she truly makes both pets and owners feel comfortable. Thank you for providing such excellent care to our pets. We look forward to our next visit!

Edit: after I made this review and contacted the BBB Vetco tried to “make things write with me” they called me and told me that I had signed a form giving permission to have them do the ultrasound. I was very confused because they never asked me to sign anything when I was there ever. I asked her to forward the email to me of what I signed and I will attach an image of what they said I signed versus my signature. It’s ridiculous that they would forge my signature and lie to me about it. I went into vetco and they immediately told me that I had to leave because they know they are in the wrong. please bring your business elsewhere to a real vet. Kim and Dr. Ted are amazing! Super nice and compassionate. They took great care of my cat and listened to all my questions and concerns. Will definitely be returning to vetco and recommend vetco to anyone.

I am very happy with the treatment my cat received from Dr. Ted and the whole staff at Vetco. It was my first time using the hospital and I will be back. They got us in quickly at our appointment time and did a thorough exam, discussed treatment options in detail, and treated her efficiently (she is a hissy, grumpy cat so them being able to just handle her was amazing in and of itself!). I highly recommend them.
