Abby was wonderful! We talked in depth before the service, she really looked over my big Great Pyrenees Pongo, and asked about my preferences, we addressed any issues my boy had, she was warm and loving with him, and she did a fabulous job! Thorough and caring! Price was competitive and what I expected (he's groomed often!). I'll definitely be bringing Pongo back! Everyone there was SO great with all the fur babies, you can tell they love animals and their job!

I have a 12 1/2 year-old mastiff lab mix and had been clipping his nails myself. In the last couple of months because of his age he's gotten very sensitive about me clipping his nails so I had to look elsewhere. He has some back issues and a shoulder issue and he's nervous about other people handling him so I was desperate to find the right person to clip his nails. This groomer Stood out because of the experience and the reviews. I called and talked to Melanie and she was professional and Listened to all of my concerns with compassion and assured me that Cooper would be in good hands with them. Took our puppy Hammer for his first Spa day, Callista did amazing channeling his energy to get him washed up and smelling great! No more scratches from his hammer paws! Very reasonable pricing! He can't wait to come back!

After 10 years of living his best scruffy life, Brimley finally got professionally groomed by Melanie at Scruffy to Fluffy! Brimley had a wonderful, low-stress experience with Melanie and her staff. With this being Brim's first professional groom, Melanie talked us through every step of the way and invited us to drop in for a visit before the actual appointment so both Brimley and I could feel more at ease. This grooming salon truly takes great care in ensuring a job well done while maintaining the health and happiness of the puppers in their care. It has been nearly a month since his appointment and his coat feels lush and soft. Brim loved the pomegranate scented scrub! 100% will return and am telling every new dog owner I meet!
