Literally the most unprofessional Vet- well any person in business. Dr Costas. I needed my dogs prescription approved with another pharmacy since they don't carry Heartgard- and the company has been trying to reach them since Nov. They just called me this week and said I had the prescription,which i do. I said it just needed to be approved so it can be sent. The receptionist just repeated herself over and over and I said she was trying to get me to "understand" very condescending. I understood. I wanted another option - she gave me none- other than to bring the script there- i offered to rip it up if that would make a difference she said No. Everything was their way was the only way. But turned it around that I didn't understand. and had me on speaker so the Vet got on and was so horrible

They called me back to setup an appointment the next day. When I arrived I was taken into a clean exam room. The doctor and techs were very good with my cat Cheech. Doctor Costas gave him a thorough exam and did some blood tests. When the results came back the doctor called me the next day with a treatment plan. I thought it went very well. I would definitely go back.

WORSE NEW VET EVER!!! I accompanied my friend and her husband for an appointment for one of their pets to VETCO Coral Springs bc the Boca location was closed that day. I decided to write this review bc my friend won’t as she feels it will hurt Dr. Gardner’s feelings but I Think is important that Management finds this out. During the checkup she was told x-rays were needed and were quite pricey, she told Costas the dog had x-rays there before and were about $200, Costas responded that Dr. Gardner never priced anything correctly (clearly accusing Dr. Gardner, who is a wonderful vet of stealing money) my friend replied that Dr. Gardner was not even there, but it was a male doctor. The ER MDs were wonderful, however, they referred me to a surgeon Dr Evelyn Capirali who took the time to write up an estimate for a brachycephalic surgery for between $5727.05 and $7687.54. I was not permitted to speak with her and was given an appointment 13 days later. I called to speak with her and she absolutely refused to call me back. I asked the staff if they thought she was a good Dr and was told she was Board B Certified. That to me means they can’t think of anything good to say about her. The next day, a man named Toks called me. He said he was the manager but not a vet. He tried to smooth it over but he couldn’t get Dr Evelyn Capirali to call me back. This was our first time here. I brought my dog Ace for a puppy wellness visit. The place was so clean and smelled good when we walked in. They had a mini fridge with drinks and a k-cup. Treat bar for the dogs. There were booths so that you and your pup have privacy. Everyone was super friendly. Annette greeted us at the front desk. Zion was the tech who took Ace and I to the back. He was super friendly and comforting to Ace. The doors in the rooms open halfway so Ace was able to stand on 2 paws to see who was outside his room. They allowed him off leash in the room to feel more comfortable. Dr. Estefania was amazing. Her and Zion answered all my questions and took their time. At the end, they gave us a goody bag with treat samples, bandana, and a squeaky toy.
