I had such a wonderful experience at Scenthound Parkland! I took my puppy Charlie in for his first bath, blow dry, and haircut, and everything was absolutely top notch from start to finish. I was a little nervous about his first haircut, so I brought in a photo and asked them not to cut him too short. They listened carefully and followed it perfectly — he still looks fluffy and adorable, just nice and cleaned up! You can tell they really pay attention to detail and respect what pet parents ask for. I also love that they send an email report afterward letting you know what’s looking good and if anything needs attention. I’ve been bringing my 3 dogs here for a few years now and the consistency in service, professionalism, and kindness are what keep me coming back. The staff is super accommodating (one of my dogs is very nervous and prefers female groomers and they always take extra care with him). My dogs are always happy when I pick them up. The facilities are always clean and the front desk staff so pleasant and transparent about any pricing questions. I make the drive here for grooming because of how comfortable I feel with the care for my furbabies. Highly recommend.

Happy faces all around after our first experience with Scenthound! We recently moved from the Tampa area and were eager to establish another groomer that had an unlimited membership program that also had reasonable prices as opposed to some competitors. I initially spoke with Stacy on the phone who was so friendly, informative and walked me through all of our options. Besides being so close to home, I loved the fact that they were a family owned business and first location of the franchise. Very pleased with the timing and outcome from the boys’ bathing and deshedding treatment, not easy having husky’s in Florida!

I took my puppy to Scenthound Parkland for her first grooming. I’m very happy with the service she received and friendly, happy atmosphere. Met with the owner and discussed the types of trim my baby girl could get. We decided a puppy trim would be best for her first time. She got a nice blow out, I’m very pleased with the outcome and think they did a fantastic job! She had her day of pampering while I waited for her next door in Dunkin. The location of this facility is great with other stores in the shopping center and across the street. It was nice to know what was going on with my girl. I was sent a text when she was getting in the bath and picked her right up after she was done. I am recommending this location to family and friends! This was our first visit and it was great. The special includes a bath, nails, ears, and teeth for $39 and it takes less than 45 minutes. There are also other services and packages you can get but we wanted to start with the basics. By the end of the visit we paid the $30 annual membership and signed up for monthly visits. Highly recommend
