We brought my kitty in for a second opinion initially, but this will for sure be our regular vet. Dr. Flynn was amazing and very personable. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure we understood what the bloodwork results meant, and any possible concerns. She was very gentle with my kitty, and I’d recommend anyone to go here! The front desk was also very kind. Thank you :)

Our puggle, Coco, has been a patient at VHAH for over 18.5 years... the staff at this facility are honest, caring, and objective. They have always been extremely helpful and are worth every penny - I find them to be quite reasonably priced. Dr. Sneed, in particular, has been a beacon of hope and is someone we can trust completely. I truly can’t imagine taking my pet(s) anywhere else.

Recently my 12 year old cat had a dental procedure at this hospital. I was very happy with Dr. Sneed & the care my cat received. All the staff were extremely helpful & I felt confident she was getting the best of care.

I have been going here for years, and have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars. I have had five of my pets be seen at this facility and have generally been extremely happy. However, I just recently had to put down my dog Wednesday evening of this week. They had made an error on my invoice when I paid. First of all, I thought it was atrocious that I even had to pre-pay while I’m losing my mind waiting for them to euthanize my dog, but I paid the invoice in full before the service was provided. I received a phone call this morning, I thought maybe they were calling to see how I was, how my son was or how my dog Bella was doing, but no. My husband and I have been taking our fur babies six (6) dogs to Vernon Hills Animal Hospital for over 30 years.
