The Dog Stop - Mundelein

We LOVE this place! Jordan and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure my dog is happy while having fun while in their care. The facility is very clean, the staff truly cares, and it's the only place I am comfortable with having my dog be cared for. Huge bonus to be able to watch my dog run and play on the cameras! The staff does interact with the dogs by walking around with them, petting them and I know she is happy because I've seen her give them kisses too! I highly recommend The Dog Stop for your pet care needs!

My sweet Noel had a great time for her first visit to the dog stop mundelein. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They sent photos and she even got a day one report card. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We have been taking our big energetic dog here for several months almost daily. She loves it! I picked this location because I liked the play and rest model. I felt welcomed and appreciated the openness of the facility. All the employees are friendly and seem to love dogs. We have also boarded our pup for a week and it went well. When an issue comes up, they are texting to let me know something happened. When I have questions, they are always easy to communicate with. I highly recommend The Dog Stop, Mundelein. Jordan the manager and the the crew are the best.

Everyone I met at the Mundelein Dog Stop location was friendly and helpful. I brought in my special needs, 5-month old puppy who has never been to the groomer before. She was very scared. Viktoria did an amazing job with her. She was extremely kind, patient, understanding, and didn’t give up on getting the job done. She made suggestions of things I can do at home to help my puppy get past her fears for future grooming. I appreciate her so much!

Faculty members are nice and friendly. The managers are very friendly and handsome. They bring joy to me and other customers that I have seen. They connect with each customer and help them in any way. I love how they truly care for my dogs. One of the cleanest dog daycare facilities I’ve seen! They are very lucky that they get to play with all these beautiful pups!
