Artistic Pet Grooming

I've been bringing my dogs to this dog salon since we moved to this side of mundelein. Previous to come here we strictly went to one groomer but their hours were limited. I really like the convenience of the location and the service my dog receives every time she comes here.

We have been going to this pet salon for several years for haircuts and nail trims for our dog. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after some issues with them in the past and the most recent appointment with them, I am disappointed to say the least. When arranging an appointment on call a few months in advance, we requested for an early pickup time. Fast forward to the appointment day and we were told that we would only be able to pick up our dog around the time the salon closes. Turns out the person we talked to on the phone neglected to write down our request, which is quite frustrating. We asked that when they trimmed her hair that they only trim her body and face, and specifically asked to avoid cutting the fur on her tail. Upon arrival for pickup, we found out they shav

Monica has taken care of our poodles for over 20 years. She is the most passionate groomer we have ever know. Her grooming is artful!

Monika has been my groomer for 15 years now! Wow time flies! She is incredibly patient with my pack nail trims. They all hate it and couple turn into bucking broncos and a tornado. 😳. Monika takes it like the professional she is! ❤️ Many years ago, I tried another groomer once when she was out of town, and I was desperate for nail trims. Gah! It was much more expensive and they didn't do nearly as thorough a job! Never again!!

We couldn’t be happier with Artistic Pet Grooming! Our Portuguese Water Dog, Olly, has a very curly and high-maintenance coat, but Monika and her team always do an incredible job. They consistently follow our instructions, and his haircut turns out exactly the way we like it. Olly always looks great after his grooming appointments. The team is professional and clearly experienced with dogs like him. We appreciate the care and attention they give to both him. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer they can truly trust!
