Admin and doctors are so pleasant and informative. Was my pups first visit and they treated her as if she'd been with them for years. Excellent service.

Can’t say enough great things about this Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Molly and her team are wonderful and very knowledgeable and thorough in their practice. We recently had an emergency situation with our dog and they immediately got us in and were so helpful. Very thankful for the staff at Venice Pines would most definitely recommend them as your primary veterinary.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Venice Pines Veterinary Clinic. After my dog Cooper who had been a patient there for nearly three years - was diagnosed with spleen cancer and had to have emergency surgery over the weekend to remove his spleen. After informing the office of this tragic event I never received a personal call or outreach from owner/Doctor Molly. During one of the most emotional and difficult times a pet owner can face, there was no compassion, empathy, or concern shown from Doctor Molly. Only a discussion of fees if I wanted to speak to the Doctor. Veterinary care should involve not just medical treatment, but humanity and understanding. Sadly, this was missing here. After my long term vet moved away I was lucky to find Dr. Erin at Venice pines. Let me start by saying everyone I came in contact with was amazing! Dr Erin and team were so gentle and patient with my anxious German shepherd buddy and very thorough with my German shepherd Mario! I look forward to a long relationship for my 4 German shepherds!!

They were very accommodating And were able to add us to a last minute appointment. Explained everything to us perfectly And what was going on with our dog. Very kind and compassionate. I was very impressed with this clinic.
