Dr. Flores and his team of experts have taken care of our cats for over 3yrs. They are caring and compassionate. One passed away last year, Dino, but his Brother Sandy, a diabetic, loved the staff when we had to board him. Dr. Flores nicknamed him "Bubba". It is comforting to know Sandy is in good hands when we need them. Thank you!

Had our first visit today, hands down best experience going to the vet!!! Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Flores and being assisted by Bridget and the practice manager Sabrina was an absolute doll! The energy of the office is absolutely amazing! Me and Barkley felt right at home! They are so friendly and extremely helpful, I will definitely be making the switch and calling Venice Animal Clinic my new Veterinary Home! Thanks a million guys, could not have asked for a better experience!

We are new to the area, and heartbreakingly, our sweet 10-year-old girl had to cross the rainbow bridge. The team here was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding from the moment we walked in. They had never met us before, yet they treated us—and our sweet Denver—with such compassion. They provided blankets, gave us all the time we needed, and supported us through tears that just wouldn’t stop. Losing her has been one of the hardest moments of our lives. She truly was the best dog of my lifetime, and they honored her with such gentleness and respect. We are forever grateful for the care they showed us and our precious girl.

I never leave reviews but I was so impressed with this business that I want to share my experience. We are snowbirds and do not have a vet in Florida. Our dog needed to be seen today. We called numerous places and no one would see us. Venice Animal Clinic got us right in. I have never met a nicer group of people. They were all obvious animal lovers and treated my dog with so much love and care. The doctor and his assistant couldn’t have been more kind, thorough and qualified. I highly recommend this practice!!!

Terrible experience. Do not recommend to anyone looking for a vet. The vet barely listened to us, we had to keep repeating ourselves. He was really all over the place. We were given conflicting information from various staff at the appointment. If it weren’t for a kind lady (I believe her name was Michelle) who was actively listening and trying to help, we would’ve walked out. We left feeling confused and frustrated. This frustration was only furthered by a phone conversation we had regarding one of our dogs. Which ended with the vet sarcastically saying “hope nothing happens to him” Wouldn’t take a pet rock here.
