VEG ER for Pets

They were so amazing !!! I came with my puppy coffee and he was very nauseous and I was very upset. They made us feel instantly better. I do recommend looking into pet insurance prior to these situations but they got him feeling back healthy so fast!! Such a relief and I would bring my pet here any day. The staff was truly a godsend for me and coffee is happier and healthier than ever. Thank you VEG ER for pets!!

My senior dog needed emergency spaying and this place was amazing. The open concept layout was awesome and the staff and doctors were so amazing and attentive. They also made sure every step was explained and took every concern into consideration. VEG saved my dog's life and it was worth every penny. The care they show the animals is above and beyond. If your animal should ever have an emergency, I highly recommend.

Amazing experience from the moment I walked through the door and when I left. It was a very difficult time for me as my 18 1/2 year old cat was having trouble breathing. As I walked through the door I was greeted right away and asked what was going on. The team at VEG worked very fast giving him extra oxygen and doing an ultrasound to try to find the problem. Unfortunately there was not much that could have been done for my baby given his age and his condition. The team at VEG gave me treatment options but were very upfront about the possibility of success. In the end, I base the decision on his quality of life. They never rushed me, letting me take my time with making my decision and patiently let me ask as many questions as i needed. This was a very confusing time and I felt bad asking

Dr. Bercier, Nurse Dominique & EVERY other staff member/clinician working Saturday, February 28th, 2026 is exceptional in every possible way!! They met us in the parking lot with a stretcher (Dr. Bercier even came out to the parking lot to assess & help get our Layla Bug on the stretcher!!), they included us in the entire exam process, provided us with a private room while we waited for the test results & they kept us updated in record timing. We were provided with multiple options for filling the prescribed medications & Dr. Bercier even took the time to print out GoodRx coupons for us to present to our pharmacy in order to save us as much money as possible!! These facilities are amazing - very clean and high quality. We brought our Jack Russell in at about 11:30 pm and the staff was immediately very attentive and empathetic. He received immediate urgent care. There is an open layout so you can sit with your pet and see everything happening. The staff was very communicative and willing to work with our budget when diagnostic prices were too high for us. We had to make the difficult decision to put our dog down, and the staff handled it with so much empathy and kindness. It was a very smooth process and we can’t thank VEG ER for Pets enough for helping us though this difficult evening.
