They are awesome from the min you walk into theiir door then the Doctors to the nurses the anesthesiologist this has been the best er I have taken my baby to. They work with you in every aspect they explain the process and treatment step by step you feel at home and they treat the baby pets as if they were their own. Dr. Alexandra Hartzel treated my baby maltipoo for Dystocia and did an ovariohysterectomy she is the best i cannot thank her enough for how she helped our baby and us. I really don’t have the words. I thank her so much. Dr. Caroline Bogle treated my baby when we first got to the Er she did an awesome job taking care of her and starting her on her treatment. Stef the treatment nurse was so so nice professional and very attentive she was always making sure my baby was ok and com

I actually can’t believe I haven’t written a review for this place yet! I have come here 3 times with my senior dog who was diagnosed with cancer in September. The doctors and the entire team working really were great. That is not an easy job and I’m sure they see the worst of the worst but they deal with it all with a lot of compassion and care. My dog was a simpler case last night (not life vs death BUT I didn’t know that until I brought her in…) but does have a big personality so she was enjoying all of the treats and love. I was a mess before we got there and Goddi honestly perked up. She is usually very scared and the vet but everyone made her feel comfortable. The doctor is very clear, knowledgeable and works WITH you — asking your goals for your animal but also their suggestion

The team at VEG is second to none - while I wish we never had to go, both times we have the staff (doctor, nurses, and even receptionist) have been so kind, professional, and made my experience so smooth. Special shoutout to Dr. Bogle who we were lucky enough to work with on both occasions, and Christina who answered my very frantic call this evening and provided a gentle, calm, and caring presence over the phone and when we got to VEG for evaluation. It’s never fun to have to go to VEG but the team cannot be beat and I don’t think I’d trust my dogs with anyone else!

Dr. Summers and the rest of the team at VEG were extremely kind and professional during a scary gastrointestinal issue with our pup. They provided rapid support to stabilize his condition and manage his pain. We appreciated being able to stay with him while being examined and treated and the open concept was a great way to quickly be helped by the technicians. Having a separate room to be with him while he received continued care was amazing! We were a bit worried to leave him overnight but seeing the setup and attention he would receive as well as how much the staff cared for him was very comforting. It’s great to know that there’s a wonderful vet ER we trust that’s so accessible.

So glad that I brought my cat here to be treated! My cat had a screw (idk how that happened lol smh) stuck in his mouth. The staff were very caring and very attentive! I didn’t have to wait long and the check in process was super easy! I’m glad that I found this Pet ER as it is only a few minutes from me and operates 24hours! I was also happy that parking was available! I would recommend bringing your pet here if you have an emergency!
