I took my kitten Cheese here after he swallowed some of the padding out of our recliner. They were absolutely excellent, immediately getting him on a table and making sure that his vitals were good. The staff were incredibly friendly, and you could definitely tell that they were passionate about helping animals even if it was at 3am. Cheese thankfully passed his intestinal blockage naturally the next day, and is happy and healthy alongside his brother Soup and grandma Luma. I would definitely reccomend taking your animals here if you are in need, they are only an emergency clinic, but they are one of, if not the best emergency clinic in the area.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the team at VEG in Cranberry. I brought my sweet girl Bailey in for what I thought was a possible UTI, and it turned out she had bladder stones. From the moment we walked in, the staff was quick, calm, and incredibly thoughtful. They immediately made us feel like we were in the best hands. What truly stood out to me was how involved they allowed me to be. I was able to be part of everything — they explained every step, every test, and every option in a way that was clear and reassuring. I never once felt confused or left in the dark. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me fully understand what was going on and what our action plan would be moving forward. They gave Bailey and me a private room with a pull-out bed and blankets

If I could give them 12 stars, I would.. We took our 13 year old rescue Gypsy in last night around 10:30 after it seemed that she may have had a stroke or brain tumor. She was extremely confused and couldn't walk. When I got to the door, I must have had a look on my face. Several techs grabbed a gourney and helped me get Gypsy out of the car and bring her in. They gave Gypsy a nice bed to lay on and a blanket to keep her warm. She went through a battery of tests and the techs were amazing with her. Gypsy's nurse Annie was awesome, she checked on us and kept us informed. The imaging took a while to come back but it was also the middle of the night. By the time we were done, we were relieved it wasn't too serious. Annie helped us get Gyp to the car and loaded. Was it a bit expensive,,sure b

This hospital saved my baby. When we arrived nobody was confident he was going to make it. From Sunday to Wednesday he is recovering well. Dr’s Brown, Neely, and Lu put in so much work, effort, and care. The entire staff gave my Charlie an incredible amount of love and attention. I walked in and a staff member was cuddling him. Another staff member nicknamed him Mr speckle ears. What more could I ask for out of a facility caring for my whole world when I can’t?! I wish he could receive his routine care here. These ladies are legends. 🙌🏻 (They also were so great about my hundred follow up calls and visit when I wasn’t sure he was doing well at home. So very appreciated!!)

we chose veg because the reviews seemed promising. boy were we wrong, we took our dog in Sunday morning for vomiting blood and passing blood. the amount of blood on our floor seemed like an emergency. we get there check in and we had to pay right away. after paying our dog was deemed low priority we wait and waited just to hear multiple times we don't have time for your dog this is after they already took my money so i had no choice but to wait. i spoke to the Dr once duing intake for 8 mins. after 4 hours I asked to be discharged if they arnt going to see me. our dog took a turn for the worst sunday night had to rush him over to another vet where we are actually getting the care the dog needs. I wish there service was fast as they took my payment. extremely expensive, seemed very disorga
