Puga only ever boarded at a facility I worked at. Otherwise, she’s only stayed with family the last almost 12 years. This was her first night away with people she didn’t know, and it seems like she had a great time! They sent a report card with pictures. Her nails looked great. And she’s been snoozing all morning since I picked her up. I got her a luxury condo. I get nervous about her being around other dogs when I’m not there, so we didn’t do any playtime, but she got some personal play time with a staff person I believe. You’re allowed to bring stuff from home if you want. Their online portal makes booking and uploading vaccines easy. We take our dog Hattie to PetSuites for grooming, and we couldn’t be happier! Beth is absolutely amazing. She is kind, patient, and truly talented at what she does. Hattie always comes back looking adorable, smelling great, and clearly comfortable and happy. It’s such a relief knowing she’s in caring, capable hands. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and the experience is consistently excellent. We wouldn’t trust Hattie’s grooming to anyone else!

We boarded our beautiful golden with Pet Suites only once but we were quite impressed with the experience for him and happy that he was well taken care of while we were away. The facility is beautiful and the staff is very friendly, and the accommodations offered took into account his age and enabled private play as an option which we were very pleased with as our guy was older and could get easily overwhelmed. A great experience and we were planning on boarding him again with Pet Suites in the coming months for another trip. Unfortunately, a few weeks back he got very sick and we were put in the position of making the very difficult decision to help him out of his pain and discomfort. From the moment we walked in, Nathalie greeted us so warmly and made both Mattie and me feel completely at ease. Mattie was well overdue for grooming, so Nathalie truly had her hands full and a challenge ahead of her. On top of that, Mattie is 15 years old, has epilepsy, and can be nervous around strangers. I was naturally protective and a little anxious leaving her. But Mattie took to Nathalie immediately — which told me everything I needed to know. When I picked her up, she not only looked absolutely gorgeous, she had an extra pep in her step. The pictures Nathalie shared were such a thoughtful touch, and the little bow in her hair melted my heart. We boarded our two cats here for the first time when our usual facility didn’t have space for them. The facility was very clean and professional, and the cats were in excellent spirits and health when we picked them up. We especially appreciated the meticulous report detailing how well they ate at each meal and comments on their playtime. We will definitely keep them on our list for future visits.
