VCA Russell Animal Hospital

Great care, great people, I want to give a special shout out to Annette! She went above and beyond to help me deal with a financial situation and made sure my pet got the care he needed.

All I needed from This hospital was a rabies vaccination to keep my cat up to date. They were absolutely incredible. In the past I've used vetco and honestly they are a lot more inconvenient with an hour and 10 minute round trip and up to an hour in the location waiting for me to be called. VCA was 26 minutes round trip, 15 in the appointment, wonderful! This is really inconvenient because my cat is a notoriously worrisome traveler, and normally the trip ends with him redecorating the carrier coming from all three ends. The VCA is only 13 minutes away from my door and a full Veterinary service. I have been very lucky with this cat, he is extremely healthy and has almost never needed a vet visit and is well taken care of anyways. I am a new business owner and I love my cat and will do what

Been here twice in the last month. Staff is great. They print out a care plan with all the prices. Very helpful. They also have a Care Club you can sign up for to cover some of the expenses.

I grew up across the street( 291 ). I remember the Paynes, (sp?) DR Snyder and of course, can't forget Corey i miss the crew, hope all is good with new generation of veterinarians my love to all new and old staff members!!!!!( our puppy was named Cricket)

Friendly staff and vets, clean office, fast test results. I am very happy with this place. Dr Fronts is professional, she saved my dog's life. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
