We cannot thank this team enough. They truly stepped up when we needed them most. Our German Shepherd was diagnosed with pyometra and needed urgent surgery. Even though we live 1.5 hours away, we made the drive — multiple times — totaling nearly 9 hours back and forth over two days. It was absolutely worth it. They opened early to take her in, handled her surgery quickly and professionally, and monitored her carefully throughout the day. The staff was calm, compassionate, and transparent about everything. We felt like they genuinely cared about our dog and not just the procedure. In a very stressful situation, they gave us confidence and peace of mind. Our Boston Terrier started walking around with a hunched back clearly in pain, and CAVES recommended Lead to us. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from a veterinary urgent care, but this place exceeded all of my expectations. The vet techs were so welcoming, and Dr. Driscoll is incredibly knowledgable. She was so kind and attentive to my pup, plus very informative regarding his pain and recommended path forward. The staff continued to keep us posted on status while pain meds and x-rays were being administered. As much as I hope to never need the vet urgent care again, if so I will 100% return. Places like this are so necessary and wonderful for pet owners, and I’m grateful that it was available for us today.

On November 8th I had to bring my min pin to Leads for urgent care. He had surgery on the previous Tuesday and wasn’t eating and had very bloody stools. He was very sick. When we got there they were kind, knowledgeable and helped us immediately. He has given fluids and medication. I went home with him as he was stable but they wanted to see him the next day to continue fluids. We went in on Sunday morning and they kept him all day slowly giving him fluids and medication to help with the bloody diarrhea. By the time I picked him up Sunday night he had eaten and his other issues were gone. I can’t say enough about how much they cared and kept me informed on how he was doing. They were also kind and understanding with me. They are now my go to emergency vet when my pet has something they can

Today I had to bring my dog dozer into be seen. I can not say enough to show how thankful I am to the staff. They took so much time with him and he adored them (he has very bad anxiety at his normal vet) as well as taking the time we needed to ask questions. Also there was NO PUSHING for tons of tests. I would recommend this wonderful team of techs and vets.

Start to finish this was a 5+ star experience during a very stressful situation. From the first phone call to the follow-up, everyone at Leads was absolutely amazing. Our boy can be a little reactive, but both the tech and the doctor handled him with so much patience, kindness, and professionalism. They made us feel comfortable, never rushed us, and truly cared about our boys wellbeing. We are so grateful for the compassion and level of care we received.
